This course is also extremely useful for OHS system managers. It describes the key elements and supporting processes of an effective, OHSAS 18001 based management system that is focussed on continual OHS improvement.

What you will learn

You will learn how to plan, conduct, report and follow up the results of OHS audits. You will learn how to audit an OHS system for continual improvement, and understand the role that processes such as internal auditing and management review play in the continual improvement cycle The course will explain the relationship between critical system processes such as risk assessment and the evaluation of legal compliance in context of OHSAS 18001:2007 and a “Plan-Do-Check-Act” orientated management system.
