ACERTA has created a certification process focused on producers of raw materials, who supply to companies certified against the globally accepted food safety standards, like: BRC Food, IFS Food, FSSC22000, etc.
The whole process is managed under the impartiallity rules established in ISO 17065:2012.
The standard CFS Commmitted to Food Safety is based on:
- Codex Alimentarius,
- European legislation for traceability and labelling, and
- The applicable requirements of the international food safety standards.
The audit is performed by auditors highly skilled in the respective industry. The issuance of the certificate guarantees that the procucer complies satisfactorily with the basic requirements of food safety.
